Description

  • Run biweekly payroll across deployed teams and coordinate with managers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and process tax payments on schedule.
  • Produce biweekly client invoices and maintain backup payroll and invoice-preview files.
  • Reconcile payroll and billing and keep GAAP and billing documentation organized and audit-ready.
  • Pull source information needed to create contracts and support contract creation.
  • Update daily attendance records and flag exceptions for manager review.
  • Maintain team rosters, including sensitive fields not accessible to managers.
  • Refresh the weekly Springboard Dashboard and build and own the Capacity Plan.
  • Produce ad hoc reports and analyses to support projects and leadership decisions.
  • Act as the central coordination point for managed entities, including onboarding, offboarding, facilities coordination, and liaison with legal and accounting partners.
  • Streamline and automate repetitive operational work and improve internal processes.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience blending data analysis with project management or coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll, invoicing, basic accounting, GAAP concepts, and tax-payment workflows.
  • Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and dashboard creation.
  • Strong written and spoken English for live coordination with US stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to work US hours, 8:00–4:30 MST, and across full US business hours preferred.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to exercise sound judgment and discretion with sensitive payroll and personnel data.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, data, or a related field preferred, with equivalent hands-on experience accepted.
  • QuickBooks experience preferred.
  • Experience with Deel and/or Cadana preferred.
  • Experience with global contractor payroll or international entity operations preferred.
  • Automation or scripting experience, such as Google Apps Script or macros, and familiarity with modern AI tools preferred.
  • SQL and/or experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau preferred.
