Description

  • Coordinate and schedule phone screens, virtual interviews, onsite visits, and panel debriefs across multiple time zones.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process, including confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and feedback collection.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and update recruiting systems as needed.
  • Run targeted sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings to build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Screen candidates against job requirements and prepare summarized shortlists for recruiter review.
  • Audit job postings across internal and external job boards for accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Support talent pipeline maintenance, candidate nurture sequences, and pre-employment documentation such as offer letters and background check initiations.
  • Assist with recruiting reporting and analytics, including time-to-schedule, fill metrics, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
  • Attend career fairs, campus events, and networking activities under recruiter guidance as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions while maintaining department performance standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms such as Noon or HireEZ.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP.
  • Experience sourcing candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Understanding of employment law basics and EEO compliance.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms such as JazzHR, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS, and/or scheduling tools such as Calendly or GoodTime.
  • Strong Google or Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel or Google Sheets, with effective use of AI tools.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple schedules and competing priorities simultaneously with a high level of urgency.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, administrative support, or a similar fast-paced professional environment.
