Description

  • Develop visual content for clients’ product listings, A+ Content, storefronts, and advertisements.
  • Create Amazon ad graphics, including Sponsored Brand creatives and banners, to support click-through and conversion goals.
  • Partner with Content Copy Writers, Content Managers, and internal marketing teams on cohesive campaign and website assets.
  • Research industry trends, competitor designs, and eCommerce best practices to keep visuals competitive.
  • Maintain organized files and asset libraries to support efficient team design workflows.
  • Review inconsistencies with the manager and align deliverables with client and company requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and maintain shared objectives.
  • Act as a technical resource for team members and projects.
  • Maintain or exceed department performance standards.
  • Continue learning and applying department Trainual subjects according to standards.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of related graphic design experience, including 2 highly relevant years.
  • Strong working knowledge of creating visuals for Amazon sellers and products.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent understanding of department practices, procedures, and specialized functions.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, or similar software.
  • Advanced analytical and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
