Description

Act as a product designer within a cross-functional full-stack product team and contribute to team outcomes and shared KPIs.
Lead the design process from problem framing and task clarification through hypotheses, concepts, validation, and delivery.
Translate complex business processes into scalable UX solutions for a Web SaaS CRM platform.
Design interfaces for multi-step workflows, admin panels, configuration flows, tables, roles, permissions, and operational scenarios.
Build reusable, flexible product patterns that work across different companies, industries, and business models.
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiries, and workflow analysis to uncover needs, constraints, and friction points.
Develop and validate hypotheses through prototypes, usability testing, analytics, and iterative feedback.
Collaborate with engineers to understand technical constraints, implementation logic, APIs, frontend limitations, and system dependencies.
Prepare clear design documentation that explains both the interface solution and the reasoning behind it.
Use existing design system components and contribute to the growth of the corporate design system when needed.
Provide design QA during implementation to ensure delivery matches visual quality and product intent.

Requirements

4+ years of product design, UX design, or similar experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B, B2B2C, CRM, support tools, communication platforms, or complex operational products.
Ability to work with ambiguous problems, frame tasks, identify constraints, and shape product direction before UI execution.
Strong systems thinking and conceptual thinking, with the ability to design for roles, workflows, scenarios, permissions, configurations, and business rules.
Experience designing complex interfaces such as admin panels, dashboards, tables, multi-step flows, configuration interfaces, and role-based experiences.
Understanding of B2B/SaaS product contexts and the ability to design for multiple companies, teams, roles, and business processes.
Solid understanding of frontend development, including responsive layouts, components, constraints, and modern web interface logic; basic HTML/CSS knowledge such as flexbox is a plus.
Ability to discuss trade-offs, implementation complexity, technical limitations, and product feasibility with engineers.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, workflow analysis, product analytics, and feedback synthesis.
Ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions, compare alternatives, and describe consequences.
Critical thinking and willingness to challenge requirements, consider edge cases, and think about long-term product impact.
Hands-on experience using and extending design systems, component libraries, and Figma libraries.
Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with the ability to present work clearly to stakeholders and developers.
Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in Agile/Scrum teams; ability to communicate clearly in Ukrainian and English.
Experience with CRM, customer support, contact center, communication, telecom, or enterprise workflow products is a plus.
Experience in modern SaaS startups or product companies with broad design ownership is a plus.
Experience with AI-powered SaaS products, low-code/no-code tools, vibe coding, AI prototyping, or prompt-based workflows is a plus.
Previous frontend, business analysis, product management, or technical background is a plus.
