Description

  • Coordinate, implement, and develop timelines for configuration changes in the system for projects and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with customers, analysts, and the development team to agree on configuration changes.
  • Define technical requirements for configuration changes and system improvements.
  • Make necessary changes to system configuration and create and test provisioning algorithms.
  • Participate in testing changes and verify that they meet customer requirements.
  • Update documentation in Confluence after each development cycle.
  • Analyze the causes of system failures and define requirements for defect fixes.
  • Prepare reports listing subscribers with system issues to support quick incident resolution.
  • Develop additional flows to restore correct system operation and resolve outages or complaints.
  • Follow internal standards and controls when making changes to the system.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant professional area.
  • Experience writing scripts in Node.js.
  • Knowledge of HTTP and TCP protocols.
  • Experience gathering requirements for information systems based on business needs.
  • Experience implementing new functionality in information systems.
  • Confident user of JIRA and Confluence.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; MS Project is preferred.
  • Experience with BPMN and UML.
  • Experience working with databases at the DML operations level.
  • Experience with GIT/SVN, CUBER, and Docker (containers, pods) is preferred.
  • Higher technical education.
