Description

  • Develop and execute investor relations communication strategies for international markets in coordination with VEON Investor Relations and Corporate Communications teams.
  • Lead communications related to Kyivstar’s Nasdaq listing process and ongoing public company disclosure requirements.
  • Create and maintain clear messaging frameworks aligned with corporate strategy and market positioning.
  • Manage crisis communications and sensitive investor-related issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Write, edit, and coordinate press releases and other investor communications.
  • Coordinate timely content updates for Kyivstar’s investor relations website in English and Ukrainian.
  • Ensure investor communications comply with SEC regulations and disclosure requirements.
  • Serve as the primary communications liaison with VEON headquarters for investor relations communications.
  • Coordinate closely with the US-based IR&PR agency to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Build and maintain relationships with financial journalists, industry influencers, and financial media.
  • Monitor media coverage and market sentiment and prepare regular reports on coverage, analyst opinions, and market perception.
  • Track regulatory changes affecting investor communications.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in communications, International Relations, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PR.
  • Experience working with international teams and cross-cultural communication.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Native Ukrainian language proficiency and fluent English.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
