Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Analyze and model business processes and recommend improvements using Creatio tools.
  • Configure and customize Creatio applications using low-code and no-code tools.
  • Support the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through testing and deployment.
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
  • Work closely with developers, QA, and solution architects to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct UAT sessions and end-user training.
  • Maintain system documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Advocate for no-code best practices within the Creatio ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or BPM systems.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with the Creatio platform (CRM or Studio version).
  • Strong understanding of business process management (BPMN), CRM principles, and workflow automation.
  • Experience eliciting requirements, writing specifications, and facilitating workshops.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
  • Basic understanding of low-code development and Creatio’s no-code configuration tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Creatio Business Analyst certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Creatio Marketplace solutions or integration tools such as REST API and OData is a plus.
  • Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MS SQL and data modeling is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams is a plus.
