Description

  • Define and run the integration governance model, including decision rights, escalation paths, RAID logs, and status cadences.
  • Connect pre-app, marketing, operations, and technology workstreams so cross-organizational handoffs stay aligned.
  • Proactively identify and track operational and compliance risks unique to the new product use case.
  • Drive issue resolution across organizational boundaries before blockers affect the program.
  • Maintain consistent communication and alignment across working teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Own the operational readiness framework for account opening, loan servicing, and operations handoffs.
  • Partner with finance and operations teams to build a sustainable post-integration operating model.
  • Work closely with the technical program manager to understand dependencies, integration points, and downstream operational impacts.
  • Surface gaps, unclear ownership, and readiness concerns early to keep the program moving toward launch and long-term operability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; in lieu of a degree, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-party integration programs at large financial services firms.
  • Background in banking operations, including account opening, loan processing, or similar.
  • Demonstrated operations and/or risk management orientation, not just delivery tracking.
  • Enough technical literacy to discuss architecture and understand dependency chains.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to run multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and creating structure where none exists.
  • Prior merger or acquisition integration experience preferred.
  • Personal loans product knowledge, including originations, pre-app, and marketing channel integrations, strongly preferred.
  • Finance business partnering experience, including budgets, resource tracking, and reporting, strongly preferred.
