Description

  • Manage client relationships with product owners and business owners as the main point of contact for a dedicated technology domain.
  • Act as the escalation and resolution point for domain- and product-specific customer issues.
  • Triaging incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally.
  • Summarize client needs, considerations, and timelines to support ongoing Kraken platform development.
  • Support engineering teams in delivering product features.
  • Work with Kraken’s technology, operational, product, and development teams to refine solutions and deliver client outcomes.
  • Help clients adapt to Kraken’s development style and ways of working.
  • Challenge clients to rethink technology development and embrace continuous iteration and deployment.
  • Bring technology, people, and processes together to improve client delivery and business transformation.

Requirements

  • Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience.
  • Agile delivery experience.
  • Experience in product management and customer journeys.
  • Solid understanding of technology and current technology trends.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking.
  • Experience working on complex delivery pipelines for clients.
  • Patience and initiative in long-running transformation environments.
  • Strong time management and a proactive, get-stuff-done attitude.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Fluent English and German; other European languages are also relevant.
  • Previous experience in the electricity or utilities market in Germany or another European country is a strong nice to have.
  • This is a hands-on, individual contributor role.
  • The role is based in Europe and requires travel.
