Description

Participate in scoped client engagements as part of a cross-functional consulting team.
Partner closely with project managers to help drive successful engagement outcomes.
Analyze operational, financial, and supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop data-driven recommendations and support solution development activities.
Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver client outcomes.
Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and onsite operational assessments.
Build presentations, reports, and other client deliverables that communicate analysis and recommendations clearly.
Own assigned tasks and project milestones with accountability and urgency.
Apply continuous improvement and analytical problem-solving methods to client challenges.

Requirements

BS/BA in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or consulting (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools, with familiarity in SQL or relational databases.
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools (preferred).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client and internal team interactions.
Self-starter mindset with initiative, curiosity, and a drive for continuous improvement.
Professionalism, adaptability, and high ethical standards.
Regular travel to KPI COEs, up to 25%, as required.
