Description

  • Participate in scoped client engagements as part of a cross-functional consulting team.
  • Partner closely with project managers to help drive successful engagement outcomes.
  • Analyze operational, financial, and supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations and support solution development activities.
  • Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver client outcomes.
  • Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and onsite operational assessments.
  • Build presentations, reports, and other client deliverables that communicate analysis and recommendations clearly.
  • Own assigned tasks and project milestones with accountability and urgency.
  • Apply continuous improvement and analytical problem-solving methods to client challenges.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or consulting (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools, with familiarity in SQL or relational databases.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client and internal team interactions.
  • Self-starter mindset with initiative, curiosity, and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Professionalism, adaptability, and high ethical standards.
  • Regular travel to KPI COEs, up to 25%, as required.
