Description

  • Partner with C-suite and manufacturing leaders to define AI transformation priorities and identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Lead initial executive conversations and qualify opportunities for potential multi-year engagements.
  • Co-author and run end-to-end Validation Sprints using customers’ data and systems.
  • Analyze and redesign manufacturing workflows across product development, quality, portfolio management, operations, and process transformation.
  • Build AI solutions with Miro capabilities, APIs, WebSDK, MCP, and integrations with ERP, PLM, MES, and quality systems.
  • Develop business value stories, ROI models, KPI baselines, and executive readouts.
  • Convert Sprint outcomes into partnership proposals and commercial approaches with the Account Executive.
  • Define post-sale Professional Services scope and ensure effective handoff.
  • Share customer insights with Sales, Marketing, Product, and external audiences through thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, forward deployed engineering, solution consulting, or enterprise transformation, focused on manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, including NPI, stage-gate/APQP, engineering change management, FMEA, 8D, PPAP, S&OP, lean improvement, maintenance, and reliability.
  • Experience with industrial enterprise systems, including SAP or equivalent ERP, Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, MES, and quality management systems.
  • Credibility with COO, supply chain, operations, quality, and plant leadership stakeholders.
  • Advanced GenAI capabilities with tools such as Miro, Cursor, Claude Code, Cowork, ChatGPT, Google and Microsoft suites, MCP integrations, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
  • Ability to build working AI solutions independently and coordinate with AI Engineers when needed.
  • Experience creating financially rigorous before-and-after value stories and ROI analyses.
  • Business-problem-first mindset with the ability to operate comfortably in boardroom and plant environments.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working independently amid ambiguity.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 40%.
