Description

  • Lead delivery of 2–4 assigned client projects and drive them in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
  • Coordinate internal resources, third-party vendors, and client teams to achieve milestones and deliver scope safely.
  • Develop project plans and schedules, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress against deadlines and KPIs.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and cost changes using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Prepare and communicate project status reports for upper management and clients as needed.
  • Develop risk assessments, mitigation plans, and issue-resolution/escalation actions when necessary.
  • Facilitate the Design–Bid–Build process with clients, including communication, coordination, and solution design engagement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
  • Track project performance, budget performance, and project constraints to meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field required.
  • 5–7 years of project management and progressive leadership experience in a large, multi-site environment.
  • Experience managing Design–Bid–Build projects.
  • Background in e-commerce, retail distribution and fulfillment, software, automation, and/or logistics preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, high-stress environments while maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Ability to read and understand automated system design drawings and layouts.
  • Strong business acumen, financial, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, including clear oral and written communication.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
  • Experience preparing client-facing presentations.
  • Willingness to travel 25%–50% to COEs, corporate offices, and project sites as needed.
  • Ability to manage third-party suppliers/vendors and coordinate with onsite and remote project personnel.
  • Demonstrated high ethical and professional standards, with strong relationship-building and customer advocacy skills.
