Description

  • Manage restoration projects from start to finish, including overall project ownership and execution.
  • Oversee crews and subcontractors to keep work moving according to plan.
  • Track and manage labor budgets, schedules, and project timelines.
  • Prepare estimates, budgets, and cost reports for active projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements and building codes.
  • Communicate project progress and technical details to clients.
  • Coordinate multiple projects at once while maintaining quality and schedule control.
  • Travel to client sites and meetings as needed while working remotely from San Jose, CA.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Xactimate experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work remotely from San Jose, CA and travel to client sites and meetings.
