Description

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication for the Success team.
Partner with Franchisee Success Managers to organize onboarding, campaign launches, and recurring deliverables.
Coordinate handoffs between Creative, Media, and Success teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.
Monitor project milestones and task completion across departments.
Document communication, updates, and follow-ups in Airtable or Asana.
Prepare project summaries and leadership updates for review.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve cross-department efficiency.
Assist with implementing new initiatives and ensuring consistent execution.
Maintain organized project templates and standardized systems for the Success department.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, client success, or marketing operations.
Experience working in marketing, franchise, or agency environments.
Familiarity with Airtable, Asana, HubSpot, and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on structure, accuracy, and detail.
Clear, confident communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to work well under pressure in a collaborative team environment.
Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
Experience supporting multi-location or franchise accounts is preferred.
Background in digital marketing or creative project management is preferred.
