Description

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to achieve project milestones and safely deliver scopes of work.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules, and monitor project progress throughout the lifecycle.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Develop risk assessments and mitigation plans to address project risks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to support a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Track project performance against short-term and long-term goals.
  • Monitor budgets and make adjustments based on financial analysis to meet budgetary objectives.
  • Prepare and communicate regular project status reports for upper management.
  • Assist in tracking, resolving, and escalating project issues when necessary.
  • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation through closure.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field required.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of successful project management and progressive leadership experience in a large, multi-site environment.
  • Experience in e-commerce/retail distribution and fulfillment, software, automation, or logistics is preferred.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, high-stress environments while maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Ability to read and understand automated system design drawings and layouts.
  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to work across all employee levels.
  • Strong business acumen, financial, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
  • Ability to travel 25%-50% to KPI centers of excellence, corporate offices, and project sites as needed.
