Description

  • Manage multiple large and complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
  • Oversee all phases of projects in accordance with Cority’s Implementation Methodology.
  • Ensure completion of all deliverables defined in the implementation methodology and customer project plan.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external project stakeholders, management, and delivery teams.
  • Manage client expectations around effort, duration, and project costs.
  • Work with the sales team to identify customer requirements and support accurate engagement scoping.
  • Facilitate change orders, including associated effort and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams of Professional Services Consultants, Developers, and client resources to implement Cority software.
  • Manage change processes and communicate impacts clearly to clients.
  • Develop, monitor, and control project schedules, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
  • Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Lead status meetings and communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate project progress.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • PMP designation is given special consideration.
  • EHSQ experience is given special consideration.
  • Experience creating Statements of Work and associated effort and cost estimates is preferred.
  • Self-starter and fast learner who can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project.
  • Proven leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined project delivery environment.
  • Ability to quickly build technical understanding of customer solutions.
  • Willingness to travel 5%.
