Description

  • Build interactive online courses, microcontent, and promotional compliance videos.
  • Translate technical and regulatory content into effective learning experiences with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Assist with audio, video, image editing, and other multimedia production.
  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and quality standards simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with the Training & Content Team to develop modern training programs.
  • Maintain documentation and complete administrative and organizational tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, communications design, or a related field.
  • 1.5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, communication design, multimedia, or training video production.
  • Proficiency with Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise, or comparable eLearning authoring platforms.
  • Experience designing interactive online learning, including scenario-based training and simulations.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to design engaging solutions within constraints.
  • Familiarity with eLearning standards such as SCORM or xAPI.
  • Ability to apply adult learning principles and use modern learning technologies.
  • Experience with AI tools, filming, or editing is preferred but not required.

Benefits

  • Flexible, mostly remote work arrangement.
  • Annual base compensation of $65,000–$70,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Annual bonus potential of up to 10%.
  • Occasional in-person team meetings at the Lafayette, Colorado headquarters, typically once a year or more.
