Description

  • Own the end-to-end product problem for Pay-ins or Payouts and drive the product strategy from discovery through launch.
  • Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities, and advocate for those needs throughout product development.
  • Define, document, and maintain product roadmaps, project plans, and detailed product specifications.
  • Work with engineers and designers to discover solutions, build products, and launch improvements for local and global businesses.
  • Optimize existing payment methods or payout channels to improve performance and user experience.
  • Build new payment acceptance methods for merchants or new payout channels in additional countries.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchant success, sales, operations, legal, compliance, and IT to deliver products successfully.
  • Partner with Product Management, Business, and leadership stakeholders to ensure features are delivered effectively and at high quality.
  • Use qualitative customer insights and quantitative data, including user research and A/B tests, to inform product decisions.
  • Bring clarity, focus, and execution to complex and ambiguous product challenges.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience with a track record of building and shipping impactful products.
  • Experience building payment solutions in the fintech industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of how software is built and operated, with experience building technical software products.
  • Strong customer empathy and the ability to shape product direction based on customer needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with and lead teams without direct authority.
  • Curiosity, drive, and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using both qualitative customer insights and quantitative data to make decisions.
  • Experience conducting user research and A/B tests, and working closely with product analysts.
  • Ability to work remotely and align working hours with 9:00 am - 5:00 pm WAT for at least 40 hours per week.
