Description

  • Lead an internal incubator focused on disrupting the status quo in the beauty industry.
  • Drive the strategic development of next-generation, AI-native product solutions.
  • Identify and explore untapped market opportunities for new product experiences.
  • Lead high-impact experimentation to validate ideas and product directions.
  • Investigate emerging technologies to keep the product ecosystem competitive and current.
  • Challenge established business models through strategic product thinking and testing.
  • Work within a rapidly changing scale-up environment and help create clarity in ambiguity.
  • Collaborate closely in a hybrid squad environment with engineers, designers, and product managers.
  • Report to the Director of Product in the Disruption Squad.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in startup environments or leading zero-to-one product initiatives as a founder or founding team member.
  • Deep, practitioner-level understanding of how AI changes product development and user interaction cycles.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an environment where the technology landscape shifts frequently.
  • Track record of identifying and executing experiments that challenge established business models.
  • Experience entering and scaling products within the US market.
  • Background in senior product leadership roles such as Product Director or Head of Product in early-stage ventures.
  • Experience working in hybrid squads where engineers, designers, and product managers operate as a single, high-velocity unit.
  • Conversational English language skills are required, with English used for company-wide communications.
