Description

  • Own Kyivstar Identity Provider end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, partner integrations, and the user-facing cabinet.
  • Set team goals, KPIs, and OKRs aligned with Kyivstar Group’s ecosystem strategy.
  • Manage the product P&L as the ecosystem develops, including commercial design, partner attribution, and revenue model evolution.
  • Build and maintain active partner relationships, coordinating integration timelines and resolving roadmap conflicts.
  • Lead architectural discussions with partners and internal stakeholders and defend or revise integration decisions based on evidence.
  • Develop product strategy and secure buy-in from C-level and partner leadership.
  • Identify new product opportunities, revenue drivers, and cross-ecosystem use cases.
  • Work closely with engineering, discovery, security, design, FP&A, Legal, Tech, Marketing, Customer Support, Risk, and Compliance teams.
  • Prioritize the KIP roadmap and align it with the company’s IT roadmap while managing dependencies, risks, and forecasts.
  • Deliver and measure features through close collaboration with product, technical, and operational teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with proven success measured by metrics.
  • Experience managing products through the full lifecycle from ideation to scaled operation.
  • Experience with platform, identity, payments, or other infrastructure-class products is a strong plus.
  • Direct experience with identity products such as SSO, IdP, or account management is the strongest plus.
  • Conceptual understanding of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect, with the ability to discuss architectural trade-offs.
  • Strong technical proficiency, including API design principles and system integration patterns.
  • Ability to evaluate technology architecture trade-offs and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Result-oriented mindset focused on outcomes rather than activity.
  • Proactive, self-directed approach with comfort driving work forward without waiting for instruction.
  • Strong organization and project management skills for complex multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to translate product vision into team progress.
  • Strong stakeholder management at the C-1 level, including constructive pushback and analytical communication.
  • Understanding of the telco business is required; adjacent verticals such as ride-hailing, health, content, or retail are a plus.
  • 1+ years of people management experience is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English.
