Description

  • Own and advance key partnership initiatives supporting Soluna’s expansion across California.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for partner coordination and ongoing engagement.
  • Lead meeting coordination, including agendas, follow-ups, and next steps.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with community partners, health plans, and providers.
  • Act as the central coordination point across Partnerships, Account Management, Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Clinical teams.
  • Align program goals, stakeholder needs, and internal priorities to support execution.
  • Manage dependencies, communication, accountability, and follow-through across multiple workstreams.
  • Own CRM hygiene and ensure partner activity, engagement, and outcomes are accurately tracked.
  • Develop reporting and insights to support team decision-making.
  • Design repeatable workflows, document SOPs, and improve processes to increase efficiency and consistency.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in program management, operations, partnerships, customer success, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to own and drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, with strong attention to data quality.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Clear, professional communication skills and experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in California’s behavioral health, public sector, or education systems preferred.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.
