Description

  • Provide weekly show plans for all scheduled live selling events.
  • Coordinate stock requirements and forecasts for live commerce broadcasts.
  • Ensure stock availability for live commerce shows and coordinate replenishment where needed.
  • Work with the Live Commerce Team to confirm product line-ups, promotions, and stock-related details.
  • Maintain accurate stock records across internal systems and spreadsheets.
  • Reconcile stock allocations after live commerce events and resolve stock discrepancies.
  • Keep ERP stock levels accurate by requesting product counts and making adjustments where necessary.
  • Support basic reporting on product performance and stock usage.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing and Operations teams to maintain inventory flow and clear communication.
  • Support improvements to stock tracking and operational workflows as the function scales.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Experience in stock coordination or inventory management.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work full-time aligned with UK business hours.
  • Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment.
  • Strong computer literacy and confidence managing spreadsheets and inventory records.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
  • Experience with NetSuite or other inventory/ERP systems is desirable.
  • Experience in e-commerce operations, live commerce, or livestream retail is desirable.
  • Experience working remotely with international teams is desirable.
  • Basic data analysis or reporting experience is desirable.
