Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy providers and facilitate clear communication between providers and the organization.
  • Manage pharmacy escalations by gathering information, collaborating with internal teams, and coordinating follow-up communications.
  • Investigate complaints and conflicts between the organization and pharmacy providers and help drive effective resolutions.
  • Triaged, track, and resolve incoming communications in the Pharmacy Network Distribution inbox in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the administrative owner of the Pharmacy Network Jira board and route tasks to the appropriate teams to meet SLAs.
  • Support the end-to-end network satisfaction survey process, including preparing materials, distributing surveys, monitoring response rates, and translating feedback into improvement plans.
  • Escalate pharmacy concerns internally and help resolve complex issues.
  • Assist with building the knowledge base and contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Some college coursework or a relevant certification is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of administrative support experience in a healthcare, compliance, or credentialing environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to quickly learn new enterprise software such as Jira.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex administrative issues, escalate concerns appropriately, and recommend process improvements.
