Description

  • Provide weekly show plans for scheduled live selling events and coordinate stock requirements and forecasts.
  • Ensure stock availability for all Live Commerce shows by working closely with relevant teams.
  • Confirm product line-ups, promotions, and other stock-related details with the Live Commerce team.
  • Maintain accurate stock records across internal systems and spreadsheets.
  • Reconcile stock allocations after live commerce events and investigate stock discrepancies.
  • Ensure stock levels in the ERP system are accurate by requesting product counts and making adjustments where needed.
  • Support basic reporting on live commerce product performance and stock usage.
  • Work closely with Purchasing and Operations teams to coordinate replenishment and maintain clear communication on inventory planning.
  • Maintain clear stock tracking processes and support improvements to operational workflows as the function scales.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Experience in stock coordination or inventory management.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work full-time aligned with UK business hours.
  • Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to manage spreadsheets and inventory records.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
  • Experience with NetSuite or other inventory/ERP systems is desirable.
  • Experience in e-commerce operations, live commerce, livestream retail, or digital sales events is desirable.
  • Experience working remotely with international teams is desirable.
  • Basic data analysis or reporting experience is desirable.
