Description

  • Identify and prioritize manual, repetitive, and inefficient processes for automation across departments.
  • Design, build, and maintain Claude-powered automations that create measurable time and cost savings.
  • Develop multi-step workflows in n8n that integrate AI with existing business systems and tools.
  • Design and implement agent-based architectures, including sub-agents and orchestration agents, for complex business processes.
  • Build reusable prompt templates, Claude Projects, custom skills, and automation patterns.
  • Design and deliver training programs and materials to upskill team members in effective AI use.
  • Provide one-to-one coaching and support to help colleagues integrate AI into their workflows.
  • Develop prompting strategies and best practices to improve output quality, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Research new AI tools and capabilities and contribute to the company’s AI adoption roadmap.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, customer service, e-commerce, and Systems & Data teams.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of shipping production web applications using AI-accelerated development.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Claude Code as a primary development environment, plus knowledge of Claude Chat and Cowork.
  • Strong Supabase experience, including Postgres data modelling, Row Level Security, and edge functions.
  • Experience deploying and running Next.js applications on Vercel.
  • Disciplined GitHub workflow, including branching strategies, pull requests, and preview/production environment management.
  • Experience building and operating n8n workflows, including error handling and API/webhook integrations.
  • Ability to read and reason about AI-generated TypeScript and SQL code and catch issues under the hood.
  • Ability to produce Technical Design Documents covering architecture, data model, and security.
  • Experience designing agent-based workflows, including sub-agents and orchestration agents.
  • Experience working in Agile frameworks with sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint delivery.
  • Strong prompt engineering skills for designing, testing, and iterating on complex prompts.
  • Comfort with APIs, including REST, webhooks, OAuth, and JSON.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and spoken English and the ability to create clear documentation and training materials.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-directed working style and ability to work independently in a remote environment aligned with UK business hours.
  • Curiosity and a bias toward continuous improvement in the evolving AI landscape.
  • Formal software development background is desirable but not essential.
  • NetSuite experience, including administration, saved searches, SuiteQL, or REST/OAuth integrations, is desirable.
  • Experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms, particularly Patchworks, is desirable.
  • Familiarity with MCP or similar AI integration standards is desirable.
  • Familiarity with other AI platforms and models such as OpenAI or Gemini is desirable.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is desirable.
  • Understanding of e-commerce operations, including order management, inventory, and customer lifecycle, is desirable.
  • Experience working in or with D2C or multi-brand retail businesses is desirable.
