Description

  • Manage relationships with customer leaders at all levels.
  • Develop project timelines, implementation plans, communication strategies, governance frameworks, and change management plans.
  • Ensure high-quality execution of project deliverables.
  • Manage project scope against the statement of work and identify opportunities for change orders.
  • Serve as the day-to-day advisor for hospital revenue integrity initiatives, including charge capture, CDM, billing workflows, and reconciliation best practices.
  • Support automation opportunities within EMRs such as Epic, Cerner, and Meditech to reduce manual charging work.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise on CMS, Medicare/Medicaid, and commercial payer rules to support client compliance.
  • Develop and manage internal project finance processes and support customer invoicing and billing.
  • Track project benefits and maintain customer ROI reporting.
  • Coordinate project meetings and related deliverables, including agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a health-related field is required.
  • MBA, MHA, and/or MPH is highly desirable.
  • 3-6 years of healthcare experience is required.
  • Experience in clinical areas such as radiology, cardiology, perioperative services, emergency medicine, or nursing is a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience in a professional services or consulting role is essential.
  • Expertise in hospital revenue cycle management, with a focus on revenue integrity, is required.
  • Strong technical knowledge in your area of expertise is expected.
  • Relevant licensure or certifications such as RN, BSN, CCS, CPC, COC, CRCR, CIRCC, or RHIA are expected.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams are required.
  • Exceptional financial and analytical skills are required.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Prior sales or business development experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to client sites as needed is required.
  • Revenue integrity experience is a bonus point.
  • Charge capture and coding experience is a bonus point.
  • Clinical experience is a bonus point.
