Description

  • Maintain accurate Asana records across all initiatives and requests.
  • Convert discussions into defined owners, milestones, dates, dependencies, decisions, and next steps.
  • Clarify requirements and acceptance criteria before engineering begins work.
  • Propose and negotiate delivery plans, then track plans approved by the CTO.
  • Coordinate execution, testing, releases, incidents, support, rollout, and adoption.
  • Identify blockers, delays, and risks early; provide options and escalate material issues.
  • Follow up with business stakeholders and engineers when decisions or actions affect delivery.
  • Improve delivery processes without introducing unnecessary ceremony.
  • Interview stakeholders and create workable specifications for ambiguous requests.
  • Own user acceptance testing and verify that delivered work solves the intended business problem.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience owning software project management, ideally in outsourcing or IT services.
  • Fluent professional Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate English at B2+ minimum; C1 preferred.
  • Experience coordinating 2–4 workstreams or approximately 5–15 engineers, QA, design, and DevOps specialists.
  • End-to-end experience from discovery or intake through production release, maintenance, support, or incidents.
  • Experience working with UK, US, Canadian, or European clients and distributed engineering teams preferred.
  • Ability to interview stakeholders and write requirements without a dedicated business analyst.
  • Practical experience managing scope, dates, dependencies, risks, change requests, and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong experience with Asana, Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Monday.com, or a similar project management tool.
  • Technical fluency in APIs, environments, QA, regression, deployments, rollbacks, databases, and incidents.
  • Comfort using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor for small prototypes or automations.
  • Calm judgment, persistence, attention to detail, and ability to influence without line authority.
  • Business analysis or QA experience preferred; technical degree, coding background, PMP, Scrum certification, and EdTech experience are optional.
