Description

  • Gather a wide range of data elements from healthcare organizations’ data sources.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams including technical implementation, implementation analysts, net revenue specialists, reimbursement specialists, and revenue cycle specialists.
  • Participate in product training for client end-users.
  • Present to customers and stakeholders in a customer-facing capacity, including senior-level executives.
  • Develop and train junior team members.
  • Help clients transform healthcare finance data into insightful financial and operational reporting.
  • Contribute to fast-paced, collaborative implementation projects.
  • Advise clients on data management and implementation approaches to improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of functional consulting experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Foundational knowledge of data management, data analysis and visualization, data validation, and data integration concepts.
  • Experience working with diverse teams, both virtually and in person.
  • Comfort presenting to customers and senior-level executives or other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and complete projects on time.
  • Highly effective communication, organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience on data-related implementation projects, especially in healthcare organizations and/or professional services settings.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity, structure issues logically, and recommend resolutions.
  • Experience with multiple patient accounting data systems such as EPIC or Cerner (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, especially remotely (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of healthcare accounting and finance (preferred).
  • Experience with BI tools, Snowflake, and SQL (preferred).
