Description

  • Support end-to-end presales activities for supply chain transformation and technology engagements.
  • Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, solution narratives, effort estimates, assumptions, and delivery approaches.
  • Create client-facing presentations, solution decks, offering materials, business case documents, and executive-level discussion materials.
  • Participate in client meetings, discovery workshops, demos, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Lead or support requirements gathering sessions with client business stakeholders across supply chain functions.
  • Analyze current-state business processes, identify gaps, pain points, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, and solution specifications.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis between business requirements and technology platform capabilities.
  • Support the definition of future-state processes, operating models, and solution designs.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to design supply chain planning and execution solutions.
  • Support configuration discussions, functional design, integration requirements, data requirements, testing, and deployment planning.
  • Help define KPIs, dashboards, reports, and analytics requirements for supply chain visibility and decision-making.
  • Support UAT planning, test case development, defect triage, and business validation.
  • Lead client discussions and facilitate workshops, design sessions, process reviews, and executive readouts.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across business, IT, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Bridge communication between business users, product teams, technical teams, implementation partners, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Support the development of new supply chain service offerings, accelerators, frameworks, and reusable consulting assets.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, supply chain transformation, or technology implementation roles.
  • Strong experience in supply chain domains such as planning, procurement, logistics & transportation, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, or order management.
  • Experience supporting or leading client-facing consulting engagements.
  • Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, solution documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience contributing to presales, proposals, RFP responses, solution presentations, or consulting offerings.
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional teams across business, IT, architecture, data, analytics, AI, and delivery functions.
  • Experience in supply chain digital transformation, planning transformation, ERP transformation, or analytics-led supply chain improvement programs.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping, requirements documentation, functional specification writing, user stories, acceptance criteria, fit-gap analysis, use case development, and test scenario/UAT support.
  • Good understanding of enterprise application landscapes involving ERP, planning systems, data platforms, and integration layers.
  • Ability to work with technical teams on data, analytics, integration, reporting, and system configuration requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Lucidchart, and Visio or similar tools.
  • Ability to create polished client-facing presentations and executive-ready materials.
  • Knowledge or experience with platforms such as o9 Solutions, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle SCM Cloud, Anaplan Supply Chain Planning, E2open, Manhattan Associates, Infor Nexus, Coupa/Ariba, Tableau, or Power BI is a strong plus.
  • Strong supply chain business process understanding and excellent business analysis and consulting skills.
  • Strong client-facing communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, documentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work across presales, solutioning, and delivery phases, and to work independently or collaboratively with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Technology is preferred.
  • Certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
