Description

  • Lead client-facing IT integration projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and integrated dependency-driven schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Own end-to-end delivery to ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Manage project financials, scope changes, and structured change control processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage stakeholder expectations across Client Services, Product, and Technology.
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, tradeoffs, and decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and decision-oriented stakeholder forums to drive alignment and accountability.
  • Coach and mentor junior project managers and team members.
  • Conduct project reviews, audits, and lessons learned sessions, and contribute to PMO process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of customer-facing project management experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience leading large-scale technical projects with cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams in a shared resource structure.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • PMP certification preferred but not required.
  • Experience managing projects at a software development company.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with systems integration and working knowledge of cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience using Jira, Workfront, and Microsoft Project.
  • Experience planning and resourcing projects in a Project and Portfolio Management solution.
  • Strong prioritization and attention to detail across multiple concurrent efforts.
  • Ability to learn from mistakes and adapt quickly.
