Description

  • Assist customers by phone, email, and chat with questions about products, services, and orders.
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide order updates and respond to customer questions in a timely manner.
  • Proactively anticipate customer needs and offer helpful solutions.
  • Take ownership of customer concerns and resolve issues from start to finish.
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide clear technical support to customers using the website.
  • Share customer feedback to help improve the overall experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in veterinary care, healthcare, or a related medical setting.
  • At least 6 months of professional experience using computers and web-based tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, sound judgment, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliable availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. ET.
  • Comfort working in a virtual, fast-paced environment and assisting customers by phone throughout the shift.
  • Broadband internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed.
  • Private home workspace free of distractions during work hours.
  • 2+ years of relevant phone or email customer service experience within healthcare (preferred).
  • Remote/virtual work experience (preferred).
  • Experience in veterinary or pet care (preferred).
  • Team collaboration experience (preferred).
  • Animal lover (preferred).
  • Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work without employer sponsorship.
