Description

  • Deliver personalized support to German-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
  • Guide customers through software features and property integrations with major OTAs such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, system logs, and setup configurations.
  • De-escalate difficult customer situations and turn complex issues into positive experiences.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to share feedback and improve the platform.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the customer support knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Native or professional fluency in written and spoken German at C1/C2 level.
  • Strong professional English skills.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing support or service role, ideally in SaaS or tech.
  • Strong technical aptitude with logical troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, ticketing systems, or CRM platforms is a strong plus.
  • Resilient, adaptable mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic team.
