Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain DevOps processes, standards, and methodologies.
  • Improve collaboration and communication between development and operations teams.
  • Integrate security practices across DevOps workflows and infrastructure.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain software products and infrastructure with a focus on operational efficiency.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
  • Deploy upgrades and fixes in AWS environments and support software integrations.
  • Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, and related tooling.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, lead incident response, and support root-cause analysis and post-mortems.
  • Implement monitoring solutions to track system health, performance, reliability, uptime, and security.
  • Work with developers, QA, and stakeholders to streamline releases, improve code quality, and continuously improve tools and automation.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with DevOps tools and technologies in continuous delivery and automation environments.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services and configuration, including EC2, RDS, CloudFront, Athena, Lambda, and MediaConvert.
  • Experience working with a non-managed Kubernetes cluster.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and PHP, or other relevant languages.
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse.
  • Experience with DevOps platforms and tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Bitbucket Pipelines, ELK Stack, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Experience with AWS and/or Oracle services such as ECS, EKS, S3, IAM, EFS, and WAF.
  • Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and agents such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Antigravity, and Claude.
  • Experience using Claude for code generation, log analysis, incident analysis, documentation, and troubleshooting is a significant plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken, is mandatory.
