Description

Lead operational oversight of workplace and real estate budgets, including planning, forecasting, and spend management with Finance and People Leadership.
Own lease management processes across the global office portfolio, including tracking obligations, key dates, renewals, and financial commitments.
Partner with CBRE and internal Real Estate leadership on lease negotiations, landlord coordination, and real estate planning.
Manage vendor relationships across workplace operations and employee experience programs, including contracts, renewals, and performance oversight.
Provide operational coordination and project management for office projects and space planning efforts.
Establish and improve operating processes for managing budgets, vendors, and team initiatives.
Coordinate planning rhythms and calendars across Communications, Employee Experience, and Real Estate teams to improve alignment and visibility.
Partner across functions to ensure workplace initiatives and office operations are well organized, well resourced, and delivered effectively.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, vendor performance, and cost management across workplace and employee experience programs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, real estate, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in operations, workplace operations, real estate operations, business operations, or a related field.
Experience managing budgets and financial planning for operational teams.
Experience managing vendor contracts and operational partnerships.
Experience supporting lease management, real estate operations, or corporate workplace operations.
Strong project management skills with the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and leadership stakeholders.
Strong operational leadership experience in a complex organization.
Ability to identify operational gaps and proactively improve systems and processes.
Experience working with corporate real estate partners, brokers, or firms such as CBRE preferred.
Experience supporting multi-location or global workplace operations preferred.

Benefits

Base salary range of $112,000 to $168,000 USD.
Participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
Equity and sign-on payment may be included in the total compensation package.

Up to 10% travel for onboarding, partner work, team meetings, and industry events, coordinated in advance.
