Description

  • Build end-to-end product solutions across front-end and back-end systems.
  • Improve existing products and develop new capabilities for the Flows product area.
  • Ship well-designed, thoroughly tested software with a focus on reliability and performance.
  • Design, maintain, and evolve the visual editor and management tools used to create and modify flows.
  • Manage developer-facing APIs and configuration for creating, editing, cloning, and versioning flows.
  • Deliver analytics, reporting, node-level metrics, and revenue/conversion insights for flow performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, Product, and Design teams on technical decisions and feature development.
  • Evaluate technical and business trade-offs to determine the best implementation path.
  • Contribute to code reviews and support robust testing practices.
  • Help expand the Flows ecosystem and build smarter recommendations and actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a software engineering role with a track record of building high-quality products.
  • Strong full-stack experience with Python and Django on the backend and React and TypeScript on the frontend.
  • Experience designing and maintaining robust RESTful APIs; developer-facing API experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL or Aurora.
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS.
  • Experience writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews.
  • Experience leading or supporting robust testing practices.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and partnering effectively with Product and Design teams.
  • Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor to accelerate development.
  • Preferred: Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, asynchronous task queues, and event-driven architectures such as Pulsar, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Celery.
  • Preferred: Background in digital marketing, customer data software, analytics products, or machine learning concepts.
  • Preferred: Experience building cloud-native solutions, ideally on AWS.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $116,000 to $174,000 USD for US locations.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Possible equity as part of the total compensation package.
  • Possible sign-on payments.

  • Up to 10% travel for onboarding, partner work, team meetings, and industry events, coordinated in advance.
