Description

  • Design end-to-end product experiences across Klaviyo’s platform.
  • Simplify complex workflows into intuitive, scalable solutions.
  • Design AI-assisted experiences that help users create, decide, and act more effectively.
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate using AI tools alongside traditional design workflows.
  • Identify UX issues in frontend experiences and drive them through to resolution.
  • Contribute to shared systems, patterns, and design foundations across the product.
  • Use customer insights and research to validate ideas and guide product decisions.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering from problem definition through launch.

Requirements

  • Strong systems thinking and ability to design across complex, end-to-end experiences.
  • High-quality UX and interaction design craft with the ability to simplify complexity.
  • Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • AI-first design practice, with day-to-day use of tools like Claude, Cursor, v0, or similar.
  • Comfort using AI to explore ideas, generate code, and accelerate prototyping.
  • Builder mindset with the ability to move quickly from concept to prototype to iteration.
  • Collaborative approach and experience working closely with product and engineering teams.
  • Research-driven approach using customer conversations and testing to validate ideas.
  • Adaptability to evolving product spaces and shifting priorities.
  • Experience with complex or data-rich products (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with marketing, messaging, or growth platforms (nice to have).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $134,400 to $201,600 USD for US locations.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Equity as part of the total compensation package.
  • Sign-on payments may be included.
  • Comprehensive health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
  • Up to 10% travel for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events, coordinated in advance.
