Description

  • Partner with Engineering and Product to define the multi-year technical strategy and roadmap for the platform.
  • Prioritize and manage strategic non-functional programs such as technical debt, capacity planning, and architecture scaling.
  • Oversee enterprise initiatives that improve system stability and future readiness.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of platform features from technical design through implementation.
  • Establish predictable development and release processes with high standards for quality and scalability.
  • Define ways of working, cross-team collaboration frameworks, and platform content repositories.
  • Communicate the platform’s enterprise narrative and boundaries to engineering and business leadership.
  • Secure buy-in and consensus across stakeholders through tailored communication.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving processes and increasing automation over manual work.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management in a fast-paced engineering environment, ideally SaaS or high-growth tech.
  • Proven ability to manage a perpetual program with a rolling roadmap.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities across complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Fluency with tools such as Asana, Jira, Linear, or Smartsheet.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity while building new capabilities.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $172,000 to $258,000 USD for US locations.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Equity may be included as part of total compensation.
  • Sign-on payments may be included.
  • Comprehensive health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits, subject to eligibility.
  • May require up to 10% travel, coordinated in advance.
