Description

  • Lead product marketing strategy and execution across Klaviyo’s Marketing, Data Platform, and AI portfolio.
  • Manage and coach a team of product marketers responsible for positioning, messaging, launches, and enablement.
  • Craft differentiated, unified positioning and messaging for Klaviyo Marketing across AI, omnichannel automation, and the full channel suite.
  • Partner with product managers, GTM teams, the field, and customers to shape product roadmap direction, especially for AI capabilities.
  • Develop a strong point of view on AI in B2C marketing and establish Klaviyo as a thought leader in the category.
  • Launch new products and features into market, including net-new channels and agentic AI capabilities.
  • Build core sales and marketing assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and enablement trainings.
  • Support Sales in strategic deals that require deep product expertise and an understanding of B2C customer needs and use cases.
  • Use AI-powered workflows within the team to move faster and scale output.
  • Bring frameworks and playbooks to the team while creating new ones when needed to move quickly.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
  • 5+ years of direct people management and coaching experience for individual contributors.
  • Experience marketing to marketing buyers is ideal.
  • Strong, clear perspective on what AI means for buyers and for how marketing teams operate.
  • Ability to own a broad product portfolio spanning marketing, platform, and AI.
  • Demonstrated experience creating positioning and messaging that differentiates products in crowded markets.
  • Willingness to contribute hands-on work, including messaging and sales assets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketing automation software is a major plus.
  • Experience marketing AI products or agentic software is a strong differentiator.
  • This role may require up to 10% travel.

  • Base salary range of $224,000 to $336,000 USD for US locations.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
