Description

  • Act as the primary technical partner for top enterprise customers, from onboarding through ongoing enablement and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and execute tailored customer success strategies to increase ROI, platform adoption, and long-term retention.
  • Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and guide them through complex architectural implementations.
  • Run hands-on proof of concepts for new features and identify expansion opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Create technical self-service resources such as knowledge bases, FAQs, and video tutorials.
  • Build and improve automated onboarding workflows while providing personalized guidance to customers.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers around onboarding milestones, usage milestones, and renewal cycles.
  • Analyze customer usage data to detect underutilization, friction points, and technical roadblocks.
  • Gather customer feedback and share product insights with engineering and product teams.
  • Deliver personalized product, feature, and architectural recommendations based on customer usage patterns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a highly technical, customer-facing role such as Customer Success Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Solutions Engineer.
  • Deep domain expertise in at least one of the following: SaaS infrastructure, cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP), observability technologies, or advanced data architecture.
  • Strong ability to lead technical workshops, coach engineering teams, and manage high-stakes technical discussions.
  • Ability to translate complex architectural concepts into clear, actionable, executive-friendly guidance.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Positive, self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to exceed expectations.
  • BA/BSc degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Must have a valid Blue Card or other legal right to work/reside in Poland and comply with local tax registration and reporting requirements.
  • Full-time availability Monday through Friday and the ability to work 100% remotely from anywhere in Poland.
  • Experience in observability, logs/metrics/traces, or cloud environments is preferred.
