Description

  • Validate and document cash flow forecast inputs, including collections, originations, payroll, vendor payments, and facility draws.
  • Analyze forecast-versus-actual cash variances and support scenario and sensitivity analyses.
  • Compile daily and weekly borrowing base data and prepare borrowing base certificates for review.
  • Maintain records of facility positions, draws, paydowns, and available capacity; flag threshold risks early.
  • Calculate and track covenant compliance across bank, warehouse, and securitization facilities.
  • Prepare covenant compliance certificates and escalate potential compliance issues before deadlines.
  • Reconcile lender and investor reporting packages, including securitization reporting inputs.
  • Manage reporting calendars and organize responses to ad hoc lender data requests.
  • Prepare inputs and draft outputs for daily cash, weekly liquidity, and monthly funding reports.
  • Maintain reporting templates and support ad hoc treasury analyses.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in treasury, finance operations, FP&A, or financial services.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including building structured reports and working with financial data sets.
  • Experience with financial reporting, data management, or analytical support in a structured environment.
  • Working knowledge of basic financial concepts and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple recurring tasks accurately and meet deadlines independently.
  • Ability to identify and communicate issues early and ask effective questions.
  • Self-starter approach to owning responsibilities and improving processes.
  • Experience in lending, fintech, or financial services is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to credit facilities, lending operations, or structured finance is preferred.
  • Must be US-based; visa sponsorship is not available.
