Description

Help design the systems behind the Performance Medicine product from technical planning through implementation.
Build Ruby services that capture and move athlete medical data with a strong focus on accuracy and privacy.
Own backend systems that support a unified view of athlete health, injuries, recovery, and availability.
Address reliability and scaling challenges for a platform used by thousands of teams across major leagues.
Work closely with product, design, and medical/performance staff to shape the product around real workflows.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary product team to deliver backend features and improvements.

Requirements

4+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally on a SaaS product.
Experience shipping products or features in collaboration with product managers and designers.
Practical experience with distributed systems.
Evidence of work you are proud of that contributed to product or team progress.
Experience working in a professional, cross-functional product environment.
Remote work is available, with the option to work from the Dublin office.
Experience with Ruby is implied by the role's backend service work (preferred).
