Description

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for reporting and visualisation within iP, from discovery through release and iteration.
  • Build a strong understanding of the data architecture and reporting infrastructure, partnering closely with data engineers and platform teams.
  • Define and manage a prioritised roadmap for reporting, dashboards, and data visualisation capabilities.
  • Work with the existing Product Owner to translate roadmap priorities into well-scoped delivery and align the team on trade-offs.
  • Partner with engineering on data modelling, query performance, and architecture decisions that affect reporting and visualisation.
  • Own product direction for iP’s API and integrations platform capabilities, including developer experience and third-party connectivity.
  • Manage strategic technology partnerships, including a major global technology partner, to drive alignment, planning, and innovation.
  • Lead implementation and go-to-market of AI capabilities delivered through the partnership, from rollout to customer adoption.
  • Own usage and cost analysis for partner-delivered products to track value and efficiency as adoption scales.
  • Define success metrics, communicate progress and risks, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to support go-to-market execution.

Requirements

  • Track record as a Senior Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, owning a product area end to end.
  • Technical background in data analytics, reporting, or data visualisation tools, with understanding of BI platforms, semantic layers, and data pipelines.
  • Comfort engaging with data and backend engineers on data models, schemas, and system architecture at a working technical level.
  • Experience owning or contributing to API, developer platform, or integrations products, with familiarity with REST, GraphQL, or similar APIs.
  • Experience managing strategic technology or platform partnerships, ideally with large global technology providers.
  • Experience taking AI-powered capabilities from implementation through go-to-market, including working with Sales and Marketing on positioning and launch.
  • Ability to analyse product usage and cost data to inform scaling or optimisation decisions.
  • Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle, from discovery through release and ongoing iteration.
  • Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, written, and verbal communication skills at direct-to-customer standard.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success; plus entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and highly organised.
  • Preferred: prior ownership of a reporting, analytics, BI, or data visualisation product.
  • Preferred: experience working with or within professional sports organisations, clubs, federations, or leagues.
  • Preferred: familiarity with sports performance, sports science, or athlete health workflows.
