Description

  • Define product strategy for ambiguous, high-impact areas and make prioritization decisions based on customer insight, product quality, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Own complex, cross-surface initiatives from initial diagnosis through shipped execution.
  • Use the product as a real user would to identify issues before customers do.
  • Co-own key metrics for activation, engagement, retention, and expansion, and use them to focus the team on the highest-leverage work.
  • Lead discovery with users, customers, CX, Sales, and internal teams, and translate qualitative and quantitative signals into product judgment.
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve tradeoffs, build alignment, and ship high-impact work.
  • Ensure a consistent look and feel across the product and deliver value for different user groups and use cases.
  • Turn observations and decisions into clear written thinking the team can act on.
  • Raise the standard of product thinking across the team by example.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product, with several years operating at a senior IC level in a high-ambiguity environment.
  • Experience doing senior IC product work at a product-led company.
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth and how activation, onboarding, and feature placement affect retention and revenue.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to identify why something feels off and turn that into direction.
  • Comfort discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers; familiarity with developer tools and AI products is a plus.
  • High ownership, urgency, and comfort working with limited structure.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills; English is the primary working language.
  • Experience building developer tools, AI products, or technical products for technical audiences is a bonus.
  • Ability to prototype ideas yourself is a bonus.
  • No college degree required.
  • Remote-friendly; U.S. location is not required.
