Description

  • Own Salesforce platform configuration, functionality, data integrity, end-user support, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the Salesforce roadmap, balancing new capabilities with day-to-day operational support.
  • Design and maintain Salesforce architecture, including data models, object relationships, automation, and integration patterns.
  • Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, formulas, validation rules, Flows, approval processes, and installed packages.
  • Build Sales Cloud features using Flow, Apex, or Lightning Web Components when configuration alone is insufficient.
  • Manage security, access controls, change control, sandbox strategy, testing, release management, and deployments.
  • Maintain data quality through imports, de-duplication, clean-up, and governance standards.
  • Lead the implementation and adoption of Agentforce AI agents for sales and marketing use cases.
  • Manage integrations with connected applications including Marketo, Bizible, Chorus, Intercom, and Claude.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements, deliver Salesforce solutions, and provide end-user training and documentation.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Expertise building and maintaining Salesforce solutions, including new-feature delivery and day-to-day platform support.
  • Experience designing Salesforce architecture, data models, automation, and integrations for a growing business.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and data modelling.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce security models, permissions, change control, and release management.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification or progress toward certification.
  • Ability to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving, organisational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with business users, technical teams, and executive leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Apex and/or Lightning Web Components (preferred).
  • Experience with Agentforce or other Salesforce AI capabilities (preferred).
  • Ability to work remotely and attend occasional in-person gatherings.
