Description

  • Ensure prompt follow-up and resolution of L2 issues, including clear ticket updates and knowledge base entries after closure.
  • Analyze clients' automated business processes to identify and prevent potential issues.
  • Extend, improve, and customize automation solutions while maintaining regular client contact.
  • Collaborate with L1 support and development teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on existing automations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate operations and maintenance activities for large client accounts.
  • Test and optimize software design, code, and reusability of automation artifacts.
  • Apply and further develop best practices for automation solution development.
  • Communicate issue resolutions and maintenance schedules clearly to end users and stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding and service transition activities for clients.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in automation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience programming IT solutions, preferably with .NET, C#, VBA, Java, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Experience with UiPath and RPA; OCR/IDP knowledge is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and social competence for strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
  • Enthusiasm for automation and digitization topics such as AI and IDP.
  • Understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with automation technologies such as RPA, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with databases, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
  • Experience in process consulting and process optimization initiatives.
  • Experience in IT support or participation in IT implementation projects.
  • Understanding of service management practices such as ITIL, incident management, and change management.
  • Exposure to AI-driven automation and Agentic AI concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, or orchestration frameworks like LangChain.
