Description

  • Create high-quality K–12 assessment content based on established blueprints.
  • Use and help improve content and item management systems.
  • Ensure assessment items align with state standards and development best practices.
  • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and content teams to improve assessment experiences.
  • Develop innovative assessment item types using AI technologies.

Requirements

  • Deep pedagogical expertise in elementary mathematics and state and national standards.
  • 2+ years of classroom experience teaching elementary mathematics.
  • Experience developing K–12 assessments.
  • Experience collaborating on time-sensitive projects.
  • Interest in using AI tools to support content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and project management skills, including proficiency with Google Docs, spreadsheets, and similar tools.
  • Cross-cultural competency and commitment to inclusive perspectives and belonging.
  • Growth mindset, bias toward action, and passion for education.
  • Middle school teaching and assessment experience preferred.
