Description

  • Review text, video, image, and audio posts on online games, social platforms, and forums for compliance with client policies and guidelines.
  • Communicate directly with players as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members in Japan and overseas.
  • Support the maintenance of safe and comfortable online communities.
  • Prepare reports and other documents when required.

Requirements

  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency or above (TOEIC 800 equivalent).
  • Basic PC skills, including Excel, Word, and email handling.
  • Interest in games and social media.
  • Experience in online community management or content moderation is preferred.
  • Ability to stay emotionally stable, self-aware, and analytical.
  • Able to multitask and respond flexibly to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • 海外留学や海外就業経験など、TOEICスコアに相当する英語力があれば歓迎。
