Description

  • Serve as the primary onsite operational owner for Guardian inventory within assigned facilities and health systems.
  • Implement and maintain standardized inventory tracking, control, audit, and reconciliation processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels, utilization patterns, storage locations, and equipment readiness to support patient care and customer demand.
  • Partner with hospital stakeholders and internal teams to coordinate inventory placement, par levels, and workflow alignment.
  • Clean, repackage, stage, redistribute, retrieve, and replace equipment according to TurnCare and hospital procedures.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repair, shipping, receiving, returns, and replacement workflows with Biomed, Supply Chain, and other partners.
  • Install and remove Guardian-related clamps, straps, and associated equipment after required training and competency validation.
  • Support pilots, go-lives, commercialization launches, rounding, troubleshooting, and account expansion activities.
  • Perform approved initial troubleshooting and, after authorization, limited field-service and component replacement tasks.
  • Maintain accurate service, inventory, shipment, audit, rounding, and defect/return tracking documentation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant technical, logistics, healthcare, or supply-chain education preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, logistics, supply chain, medical equipment support, field service, healthcare operations, or a related role.
  • Experience performing inventory audits, reconciling equipment, managing shipments, or coordinating repair and replacement workflows.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to learn company inventory, service, CRM, and documentation systems.
  • Experience working in hospitals, acute-care settings, biomedical engineering, medical device operations, durable medical equipment, or healthcare supply chain preferred.
  • Experience supporting product implementations, go-lives, field operations, or multi-site customer accounts preferred.
  • Experience with basic equipment troubleshooting, service documentation, shipping and receiving, or return-material processes preferred.
  • Must meet and maintain customer and vendor credentialing requirements, including immunizations, screenings, training, and other health or compliance requirements.

Benefits

  • $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
