Description

  • Own onsite Guardian inventory control within assigned facilities and health systems.
  • Track, audit, reconcile, clean, stage, redistribute, and maintain backup inventory and equipment readiness.
  • Coordinate workflows with Biomed, Supply Chain, Shipping and Receiving, EVS, Patient Transport, and frontline hospital staff.
  • Support equipment installation, removal, configuration checks, and monthly clamp/strap quality sampling.
  • Serve as the primary contact for faulty, damaged, missing, or nonfunctioning equipment and coordinate resolution.
  • Perform approved initial troubleshooting, returns, replacement deployment, and documentation.
  • Complete Product Defect/Return Tracking (PDRT) entries and related service records accurately and on time.
  • Support pilots, go-lives, commercialization launches, rounding, and account expansion activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels, utilization trends, turnaround times, variances, and operational risks.
  • Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and help improve operational workflows across accounts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred in a technical, logistics, healthcare, or supply-chain field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, logistics, supply chain, medical equipment support, field service, healthcare operations, or a related role.
  • Experience with inventory audits, equipment reconciliation, shipment coordination, or repair/replacement workflows.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to learn company inventory, service, CRM, and documentation systems.
  • Preferred experience in hospitals, acute-care settings, biomedical engineering, medical device operations, durable medical equipment, or healthcare supply chain.
  • Preferred experience supporting implementations, go-lives, field operations, or multi-site customer accounts.
  • Preferred experience with basic equipment troubleshooting, service documentation, shipping and receiving, or return-material processes.
  • Must meet and maintain customer and vendor credentialing requirements, including immunizations, screenings, training, and other health or compliance requirements.

Benefits

  • $50,000 - $60,000 annual salary.
  • Remote role based in the US Central region.
  • Up to 75% travel, including local hospital travel and some weekend/holiday travel.
  • Flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and urgent onsite support.
