Description

  • Manage the scheduling, assignment, and tracking of art assets through the development pipeline to support on-time delivery.
  • Update and audit task management tools such as Jira and Shotgrid to maintain data integrity and project visibility.
  • Schedule and participate in internal and client-facing meetings, then distribute clear notes and follow up on action items.
  • Support project leadership with milestone execution, scoping, and scheduling discussions.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and help implement process improvements that increase team productivity.
  • Create and maintain studio documentation, internal wikis, and project presentations.
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for external clients under the direction of senior production staff.
  • Facilitate cross-disciplinary communication across the production team.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in a production or project coordination role within the Games, Tech, or Creative Media industries.
  • Foundational knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management frameworks.
  • Experience with task management software such as Jira, Trello, Shotgrid, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with standard office suites, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional discretion and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
  • Basic art pipeline knowledge, including familiarity with teams creating 3D models, rigs, and animations, is preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro is preferred.
  • Basic familiarity with Unreal Engine or Unity is preferred.
  • Experience working across multiple time zones and diverse cultural environments is preferred.
  • Foundational understanding of task automation and cross-platform documentation tools is preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and reside in Ontario or British Columbia.
